since Olaf is the embodiment of the love between Elsa and Anna, the reason why Olaf wants to experience heat is probably because Elsa has ice powers(of course) and the reason why Olaf loves heat and doesn’t touch it is probably because Anna resembles summer(and the sun and happiness) and doesn’t want to ruin Anna’s happiness with her possibly careless ice powers
